Contouring & Bonding
This is the easiest way to have your Extreme Makeover. If you have a few chipped or cracked teeth, you can have us smooth out the surface and put a filling type material on the tooth to fix the chip or crack.
We can also change the shape of your tooth by contouring your teeth. There are several styles of contouring to choose from.
If you see a smile you like, simply cut out the picture and bring it to your appointment.
Veneers
Veneers are the most durable option for your Makeover. Veneers are used if you want to change the size, shape, position, or color of your teeth. You can also use veneers to close a gap, straighten teeth or resurface discolored teeth that did not whiten during the whitening process.
Veneers cover the front part of your tooth and wraps over the biting edge of your tooth.
This procedure takes two appointments. At the first appointment, Dr. Droege will prepare your teeth & take an impression of the prepared teeth for the dental lab to make your permanent veneers.
You will leave the office with a guide for what your permanent veneers will look like.
At the second appointment, we will show you what your permanent veneers will look like and ask you to approve the veneers before we permanently fix them to your teeth.

Crowns and Bridges
Crowns or caps as you may have heard them called, go over a tooth to restore form and function of a tooth.
A crown may be used on a tooth that has a root canal or large filling that needs to be replaced.
Most crowns can be done in our office in a single visit. We are able to prepare the tooth and permanently fix the crown in after the crown is milled in our milling machine.
A bridge is a custom made tooth that fills in a space where a tooth or teeth are missing and then attaches to the crowned tooth on either side of it. The teeth are put together as a whole unit and then permanently fixed in the mouth. This procedure takes two appointments. At the first appointment, Dr. Droege will prepare your teeth & take an impression of the prepared teeth for the dental lab to make your bridge.
You will leave the office with a temporary bridge. At the second appointment, we permanently fix the bridge.

Partial Dentures/Full Dentures
Dentures, whether partial or full, are other options for your makeover. These are removable so you can take them out to clean them and are typically less costly than the permanent route.
This is an option for those that have a lot of missing teeth or are broken off at the gum line.
Dentures are like an artificial limb. It will take some time getting used to and won’t be as easy to eat with as your teeth.
Your attitude and mind set are important in this process. If you want to make the dentures work, they will.
Implants
Implants replace missing teeth and are placed through a surgery that attaches a metal post to your jaw bone. This procedure takes some time and several appointments. Implants are usually performed at a specialist office that we work with on a regular basis. We can determine if you are a candidate after a few x-rays are taken to see if you have healthy bone structure to support an implant.
